BMW Customz - Coding, Retrofits and Repair Specialists

Had Apple CarPlay activation done on my 2016 m4. I have the NBT Evo 5 Version O idrive, so I could do the activation via usb myself after placing the order online.

Was a little skeptical it would work but the entire process including support post purchase was fantastic. The total cost was a fraction of what others were quoting as well, would highly recommend BMW Customz to anyone.

He not only helped me fix my Idrive which was showing "no signal" after going to another coding company. He also took it upon himself to help me liase with BMW and explained the technical details as to why my Idrive wasnt working as it should be, as a result BMW then agreed to pay for the repair and replacement of my Idrive which saved me THOUSANDS of pounds!

NBT EVO ID4 2.1 unit replaced with ID6 3.1 Unit.

Carried out software flash to enable full screen CarPlay.

CarPlay activated along with Android Screen Mirroring and Lifetime Navigation FSC.

All done under authorisation from BMW at their expense.

Upgraded my BMW M4 taillights for GTS style ones and found the whole process seamless and efficient throughout. Great service from independent BMW specialist. Booked me in for an appointment and provided me with a technician to diagnose the problem. Technician ran tests to see what the main problem was with my entertainment system. Problem was the hardware unit, provided me with two solutions to sort out the issue and was resolved within a quick time frame. Definitely would recommend to others who have BMW computer issues.

Nadeem was very good. Quick responses to my questions and provided advice and the links on how to upgrade my maps for free. He finished the job earlier than expected. Then showed me how things worked once everything had been installed. I went for a reverse camera retrofit, apple car play and system update.
