Yesterday Whilst travelling from Manchester to Bromley I encountered a loss of power towards the end of my journey. My AA recovery man diagnosed the problem as a failed belt tensioner leading to no charge being returned to the battery. He fitted a new battery and gave me an escort to my final location. Which just happened to be opposite RJ motors. I popped in there this morning just before 9am and explained my predicament. The lads managed to fit me in and had me on my way back up north by 3pm with further advise to pass on to my regular mechanic in Manchester to remedy the underlying problem which led to the tensioner failure. Without doubt the best garage service I’ve experienced in 30 plus years of driving. Couldn’t recommend This garage enough. Thank you lads you saved my bacon and money too.

Did not use them for car services/repairs but they helped a lot with an inqury about a car I bought which had been services in the garage.

After three weeks I'm still waiting for a callback from a local VW dealer for a road test to confirm a faulty nearside wheel bearing. In the meantime I read a load of positive reviews about RJ Autos so I took my Golf Mk7 there. Tony and I went for a test drive and a defective wheel bearing was suspected. I asked Tony to effect the repair which was done a few days later. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough and I shall be using them from now on.

Trust is everything when you only have a basic understanding of how your car works which means you need to trust your mechanic to keep your vehicle safe and on the road, without unnecessary work or expense. I have been with Tony and RJ for many years, travelling over an hour each way (through the heavy traffic of Bromley) because I get an excellent and friendly service, working in partnership to look after my cars.

Family wagon needed a fluid change after having a replacement transmission just over a month ago, i called Tony and got it booked in for the day before we went away for a week, quick, courteous and great value, we will be using RJ Autos again.

Brilliant garage to go to ,to get your car sorted , Excellent service , Great mechanics , Don't rip you off , would highly recommend , specialty would like to thank Tony & Gary for being professional , Reliable , & honest ( not many of these gems around these days!!?? ) SENSEI NADER
