Autolak The Yellow Garage

Very irresponsible and dodgy place, I had been there to fixed my car front side lights. All day wating outside to checkout..end of the day shocked report car fused box gone....need to replace and coding,they gave me price quotation £370 which was absolutely day time robbery.later,I fixed the car from somewhere else without any faulty issue of fused Box. I couldn't left the place without paid £20!!

I gave my Vauxhall Astra in for one week, and my centrl locking alarm kept going off. I had the old centrl locking in the car as they previously took it out. Onces collecting my car… I noticed that they put the old alarm system back in the car, now my car is giving same problems from the start. I payed £250 for the job not to even be done right. I’ll be going back tmro and having a word.

I called and made sure that the times I was giving car over to be checked for central locking
I came in today left the car for 3.5 hours still not diagnosed problem when I asked what the wait was he told me that I should give him a few hours when in fact I had given more than enough time
When confronted at garage again rude no customer service I’m surprised business is open for custom won’t recommend nor will I be using that service I’d rather climb through the window

I came to Autolak with a weird electrical fault that two garages couldn’t fix. One of these garages recommended Autolak and I’m glad they did. These guys were really honest and let me know that they possibly couldn’t fix the problem, but they kept driving and solved it for a good price! I see bad reviews saying that they aren’t the fastest, this is true, they are very busy and it’s a family run business, so plan accordingly. We live in London, most of you should be able to live a few days without a car. Thank you Autolak for fixing my car when no one else could!

Was recommended by a well-known brand that Autolak is very good for checking Electrics. When I call and visited the workshop the guys were friendly and courteous ( I dealt with 3 people). They called me once the issue was diagnosed and got my agreement on price before carrying out the works. The price was good, probably better than most places. I will be visiting again.

Another garage suggested I try Auto Lak: what higher recommendation could there have been?

For at least six years it has been a pleasure to come to this family business. The gentlemen are courteous and transparent. Their work is reliable and they will happily listen to any concerns.

I have been using Autolak for the past 6 years.

Had an alternator refufurb on my Alfa romeo and starter motor refurb on my renault traffic. They recently carried out some major work to my Audi A6 which I picked up yesterday and now drives like a new car.

Great bunch of lads that get the job done with no nasty surprises, excellent value for money and honest and trustworthy service which is hard to find these days with garages.

If it needs fixing they will tell you, if it doesn't then you can be sure they will also tell you and save you throwing money away.

Sent to these guys to see what’s wrong with my headlight only to be told to wait so waited 3 hours to be told leave the car and go when I asked roughly how long as my wife needs the car to pick up the kids from school the guy gets stroppy and says he doesn’t know how long I mean for all I know could be next year not professional and no customer service and filthy garage I definitely won’t go there again rather save ur time effort and money and go to someone who knows what they’re doing
