K & J Garages (UK) Ltd (Streatham)

My old garage of choice just closed so I chose my
K & J as they were local and they didn't disappoint.
They got my car through its MOT after resolving a failure and then performed a service once it passed.
Communication was excellent throughout the three days they had my car, they were friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to return next year or if I had ant concerns about my car, very reassured to have a garage i can trust to only do what is needed for a fsir price.

Most trustworthy mechanics in the UK. I've used various garages over the last 12 years in towns, villages and now London. Never come across two more friendly, helpful and honest people than John and his son. They have a fairly long waiting list if you need a repair or MOT, but that speaks volumes - I will only use these guys even when I move away from the immediate area.

Beyond fixing my car, they've also helped twice when they couldn't work on it themselves - I've also got a van that doesn't fit in their garage but they showed me how I could do the work myself and what tools I needed + another time I needed a quick repair but they were full, so they pointed me to another mechanic nearby who was also excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service, highly recommended! My Audi TT had a coolant issue which I was worried might be serious, but they quickly identified and sorted the problem for a minimal charge.

I'm fairly new to the area and selected them based on other Google reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic, and I will definitely be returning the next time I need work or servicing on my vehicle.

Literally the only down side I experienced with this garage is that it's a fairly small operation so you might have to wait a few days for their next available booking. Honestly though that feels more like a good than a bad thing – it shows there are plenty of other people who put their trust in this business.

Absolutely brilliant garage, really helpful, clear, honest, and trustworthy. As a woman I tend to find garages unwelcoming or patronizing, but this wonderful garage is the opposite that. They've gained yet another loyal customer. I'd recommend this place to my granny!

I have used K&J Garages twice for my MOT and services. John and Johnathan are friendly, honest and extremely trustworthy. It is a family run business and they really do look out for your best interests. On multiple occasions they have recommended I reduce the level of service rather than pay for unnecessary checks. I cannot speak more highly of them!

We used K&J when my daughters car needed repairing. What a pleasant surprise to find an honest, friendly, family run business. Their communication is fantastic and I only wish more independent companies had the same level of service. I would highly recommend them with your vehicle, they really are first class!

They are really friendly and helpful with all problems or queries I've had. Popped in today as my car bonnet wouldn't open; they fixed it quickly and without charge. Have also been in previously to fix our rear bumper; however even though they don't do bodywork, they helped us find another car garage that did a great job. Will be going back with any car problems we have
