Quite happy with this garage, recommended by a local who used to be an engineer. They fitted me in for a service and MOT at short notice and advised me I didn't need supplementary work. A year later when I needed two new tyres they explained that I didn't strictly need all of them replaced for the MOT but would need them soon - valuable information as we were planning a drive to France, so I elected to replace them all. MOT was subsequently passed. After France the service indicator light came on - this had been overlooked during the service and was fixed with apologies.

Great service. Been going to these guys for repairs for a good year or 2 and has not let me down.They were able to accommodated me at such short notice once again and told me to bring my car in that morning. They knew the problem instantly and was informed about the issues rigorously (clutch replacement). The prices were also good and seemed fair. Will strongly recommend going for these guys. Professional work.

First visit was concern over an unidentified rattle - just dropped in off the street and they managed to fit me in the same day and sort it. Second visit was booked in for the MOT and of course the car wouldn't start that morningI! I contacted them and they went above and beyond to collect it for me and ensure it was fixed and of passing standard in my required timeframe - and there was zero attempt at price gouging even with all the extra effort that I had expected to be charged for! Similar experience for my husband car so definitely recommend and would use them again.

I have been using Hatfield Auto Centre for 5 years now and have always been EXTREMELY happy with their service. They always manage to accommodate me and even if I have to wait a few days, I would rather do so, instead of going somewhere else. I trust them entirely. They are always honest and I find their prices very reasonable. I highly recommend them. After having an operation and being unable to drive, they collected my car and brought it back, then let me pay over the phone. Now that's going the extra mile! Thanks guys!

I called up to ask some advice about an ongoing issue with my car. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly helpful and spent 10 minutes getting a thorough understanding of the issue and giving me honest advice as to what to do next. The first step for my problem is actually not something they can fix, and the fact he took the time to recommend and explain what to do when he wasn't going to actually be able to help therefore get paid for it, made me think this company is extremely honest and trustworthy. I will be saving them as a garage to use in future.

Took my car in as engine warning light was on. Very, friendly, helpful, knowledge able to quickly diagnose the fault. Booked the car in, all fixed , car ready when they said it would be and no problems since. Thank you guys, would recommend for sure .

The day before we were to take our caravan up to York my Freelander decided to run out of rear brake pads. Being on a caravan site 200 miles from home I was stuck for a good garage to get them replaced. The local Land Rover dealership were of no use at all and offered me a slot in 8 days time, and all the local Tyre outlets were all busy for the next few days !! My eighth phone call was to Hatfield Auto Centre at 16.45, "Tomorrow? Yes bring it in at 08.30 and we'll see what we can do". Huge sighs of relief !! The following day he took the car in spent some time sourcing the pads and new discs and by 11.00 had replaced them all including a good refurbishment of the potentially stuck callipers. Very professional service and an excellent repair. That day we towed for 175 miles without any problem and raised a glass to him on our new pitch a few hours later. Recommended !!

Friendly & reliable garage! Same day repair so didn’t interfere with work which was great. Will keeping going back for any repairs I may have in the future! Fairly priced which was amazing too!
