We have used this business for many years and have had no problem with the quality of work, communication of issues and general customer service. In fact, we would have rated this as a 5 star business.

This week sadly, the level of communication has not been good and we were presented with a 'finished fact' of charges instead of the usual call to discuss what needs to be done and any additional estimates for work.
We have had to ask for a reduction (it was not immediately offered to us) and this has been done, however the trust has taken a dent and we are considering using alternative garages for future work.

Trust is an important element when dealing with someone providing a service, so we are naturally disappointed that our level of trust has gone down a notch as a result of this experience.

Had an MOT and two rear coil springs replaced here after being given silly quotes from Kwikfit. John and the team were friendly, helpful and accommodating from start to finish even whilst busy. Won't be going anywhere else.

Great and simple service! Called on the weekend, told to bring car Monday. When I brought it in was seen to immediately and was not waiting too long. Price was reasonable too. Would come back here and do recommend!

Had my car (Toyota Prius) serviced here for the first time, and am very pleased with how well it now drives. I had confidence that the staff took care and pride in their work, and they were pleasant and helpful. Bill was hefty, but there was a lot of work (including replacement battery and tyre) and it shouldn’t need much doing for a year. Will definitely make this my garage of choice.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received - I value the honesty, integrity, professionalism and very friendly manner of everyone working there. They managed to repair rather than do a costly replacement of a headlight and everything was completed in excellent timing for great value for money. Felt very taken care of and will definitely return for any repairs or work on my car in the future!
