I have been coming to Motortechs for nearly 10 years.

I’m sorry to say most mechanics in my experience are crooks and rip off merchants. You either get ridiculously overcharged or told there’s numerous faults with your car so the mechanic can make more money. God knows what they do behind your back while they have your car. It’s nearly impossible to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic who has genuine integrity and provides excellent customer service.

Hassan & Amin run a professional and thorough business over at Motortechs where customer service is at the forefront of what they strive to achieve. Their work is of a very high standard & I would religiously take all my cars to them over the dealers. They trade with integrity & Ive even been refunded money post work as the initial quote was less then the actual jobs cost. They provide service with a smile and in 10 years I’ve NEVER had an issue or complaint. Take your car to them in confidence. Hands down THE best mechanics in London.

Honesty is the most important thing I look for in a mechanic. Alot find lying too easy to make to extra money and you only realise when it's too late to dispute. I've found this garage honest and trustworthy... Didn't exaggerate any repairs or costs.
Kept me informed of the progress of the repair. Answered the phone whenever I called them. Came here even though its a distance for me to travel, I've had too many bad experiences in places local to me. I was recommended this place by a friend and have already done an MOT from them and a major repair. This will be my go to place from now on. Hope the service stays the same when they get busier.

Very honest and reliable mechanics. I was having a problem with my petrol needle and it kept telling me I was running low on petrol. Naturally I wanted to see if there was a leakage. So the mechanic did a diagnosis within 5 minutes and then told me to fill the tank up and monitor how many miles I get from a full tank. This would tell us whether there is a leak. This saved me from a costly diagnosis and I know many mechanics would have charged an arm and a leg but not this mechanic. He offered good advice and saved me time and money. He is my go to place for any car troubles.

I can’t thank Hassan and Amen enough. I’m yet to find another garage I can trust other than this one. Have been going there for 5 years. I have never stuck to a garage for so long. On more than one occasion they have charged under the quoted amount and when they need to do more work they give you a full explanation with WhatsApp video and picture updates when necessary or requested.

Cannot thank motortech enough. They saved me so much money over the past few years. previously wielded my exhaust after fight with a curb This time they rebuilt my weekend cars drivetrain and suspension etc after another fight with a curb not to mention all the diagnostic readings they have done for me . Hands down best mechanic in ilford wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.

group of wastemen !!! A complete waste of money. Amateurs! watched too many fast and furious movies. Could not even reassemble the parts. Created more problems then I went in with! cowboys. Charged twice the amount for parts from Euro car parts and extortionate labour fees. Results was an absolute joke! Do not enter this garage at any cost! After the poor job they kept repeating the car already had these problems?

I went in to replace 2x back boxes and springs all round. They kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the work.

The work carried out is also well priced, and care was taken when putting the old.parts in my car so that the car didn't get dirty.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.
