Very quick polite and professional staff highly recommend. Does guys know what their doing. My VW timing belt snapped they built a new engine head from scratch. Even the AA guy didn’t have hope and told me to buy a new car. Thank you so much air cool staff for your hard work and reasonable price.

I got my Astra J serviced and MOT’d, communication was easy and a very reasonable price, they sorted out a water leak in the car that was picked up during service. Much better then main dealer and much more cost effective. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning next year and for anything needed in the future. Would highly recommend, especially as a women.

Extremely disappointed! The guy in the office scammed me for £60. The left side window was stuck & wasn't going up. I knew it wasn't an electrical fault, but just the rubber housing out of place. I even showed him the problem. He got it fixed for £60 only for the window to get stuck after 6 days. So I got angry and decided to educate myself by fixing it myself. After taking out the rubber housing, I noticed it hadn't been replaced since 2009 and was badly damaged. So I paid £60 for a realignment which would only last 6 days. Luckily, I managed to fix it myself 🤓

Very nice and friendly staff, the work done to my was done on time haven't had no issues with my car since thanks to the inspection they provided before hand would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service

When my Audi A3 2014 had gearbox issue, Özgur and his team fixed it as they promised on the phone. VW DSG transmitters always have same faults, but thanks Air Cool Islington, everything is fixed now. Also car’s 35K mile regular check has been completed in there. No more Audi official services lies and expensive costs.

Great service. They efficiently replaced an engine component for me, which failed a week later due to the part being faulty. They replaced the part right away and didn't charge me a penny - even though it was not their fault. How Air Cool is that! Steve

Strongly advise against going to get your vehicle Mot’d at this garage… found several non existent major errors. Had to pay for a second test elsewhere.
Quote to fix was close to double my regular mechanic too.
