I went for a MOT which if all fine it will cost me £54, everything was ok with the car but the bill ends up being around £90. When I complained I was told in a cocky way: "do you think that is expensive?!!".
In short, I was told by phone a price and it was lot more.
It is not about £36 difference but reliability and confidence. For me, you have lost it, it is clear I am not using your services anymore.

Do not trust these guys. Incompetent and end up charging you more than reliable repair centres. My last MOT has costed me £450 because they charged me 3 hours of labour to repair a back light... which they did not manage to repair in the end as they did not have the part!!

These are knowledgeable car repair professionals. Previously I had issues with the car engine which they managed to replace parts, fix and resolve and since then I have brought my car in for a service prior to the MOT which they arranged. They are an established locally run business and as a more than satisfied customer I intend on returning in future and I would recommend.

Used to go there and used to be pleased. Went yesterday for an mot service. My wife got invoiced as well for what they call a pre-mot service without even letting me know. When i called for explanation they said they had to do it and it was small amount so did not think they should have let me know. It is not for the money but for the trust.

I booked my car in for a MOT and checkup after the lockdown. The service was excellent and the car ran like a dream after some minor maintenance. I had full confidence in their work and felt that the quality of work and convenience fully justified the cost. I will certainly bring my car here again.

Went to get some number plates made up as they were showing up as the closest on the government site. Said it would cost £70 for plates which are about £10 from Halfords or £20 online. Absolute rip off merchants who will take advantage of you if you don't know what you're talking about.

I needed a last minute MOT and they squeezed me in at 2mins notice. Whole thing done and dusted in 2hrs. Highly efficient and friendly. Can't comment on their mechanical skills as no work done on my under carriage!
