Had my BMW 340i booked in for a oil service and a brake fluid change. Fantastic service provided by Rob and the guys here, was advised the car will be ready by a certain time and this was followed through. I took my BMW X1 to P&R after the dealer I bought the car from was unable to fix an issue with exhaust gas coming into the cabin.
From start to finish, these guys demonstrated nothing but professionalism.

Within a day of dropping my car off, I recorded an online video walk around of my car, explaining exactly what the issue was and how it could be fixed. After a brief phonecall to discuss prices, the work was started. I was on a tight deadline as I needed my car for a drive to Scotland, but the guys at P&R worked hard and got everything done just in time. I collected the car just under two weeks later, and everything worked perfectly. The problem that the car dealer continuously failed to find was finally fixed.

I will highly recommend P&R to anyone I know with a BMW, as they clearly know these cars inside out, and the service from start to finish was perfect, especially considering you're paying considerably less than an official BMW workshop.

Called to ask if they repair BMW accidents. Was provided an email. Sent an email asking for a quote for repairs no sign of a reply... 10 days and counting...

I have been using P&R since 2013 to service my E90 320d. Very professional team and always let you know what is wrong with the vehicle before to commence any work. Highly recommended.

Brought my 645ci with the v8 rough idle a lot of us suffer from and wow diagnostic done, as well as confirmed the problem was internal, adjustments made and now vehicle had no rough idle... These guy know what they are doing and can inform you clearly of what it required... Fixing rate very prompt and book in service wonderful.. Price wise worthy of the asking quote when explained what was done in detail. Rob and team keep up the good work and I'll look after the car :-)
