Had issues with my Audi A3 after taking it to a local mechanic, after taking my car to Murad and the team they have sold all my issues quick and effectively. Also the pricing isn’t anything that you would imagine, very reasonable. My car looks, feels and sounds different. Thank you very much for the service team and will definitely be a future customer.

Bought my car here a few years ago as I lost power while driving and wasn't sure what the issue was. Charged me £900 for a replacement driveshaft, turns out it was a simple clutch issue which would have only taken a few mins to fix. Had car in recently at a more trustworthy garage and they told me that my driveshaft was never replaced, it's still an original one. I would consider this out and out fraud and I'm investigating whether or not to take it further at the moment. Con artists that just make up work that doesn't need to be done, same thing happened with my Uncle, he refused the work and took it elsewhere.

Truly excellent service to deal with a broken mirror for which the right part was not easily available. Very polite and enthusiastic reception and they understood my requirements (and in this case, urgency) going out of their way to find a suitable option to get me on the road again just ahead of a long trip. Massively appreciated.

Had a fuel cap issue with my TT and was very pleased to find Murad and his team so close to my home. Sorted on the same day - what more could you ask for? Compare to Audi dealership that said come back in 6 weeks.....or wait until you have no fuel and call recovery service to take car in!!
Once my service package done, this is where I will be bringing my TT.

Took my Audi Q5 in for repair as it kept vibrating and misfiring. Even though the small garage near me (who are not “Audi specialists”) opined that the issue would be resolved by changing the o2 sensor, Motor Continental informed me that the timing chain had to be replaced. They insisted this would resolve the issue. I paid over £2000 for the ‘repairs’. The original issue, vibrating and misfiring persisted almost from the moment I picked the car up.

Motor Continental assured me that the car would “get better” (i.e. stop vibrating and misfiring) as the repairs “bedded in”. They also asked if I drove the car softly or aggressively, when I answered “softly” the Motor Continental representative said I needed to be “more aggressive”. He also recommended that I only use premium petrol. None of this made an iota of difference. All that happened is that the intensity of the vibrating fluctuated and the check engine light would sometime disappear for a few hours. In light of this I brought up the issue of the o2 sensor yet again and they insisted it would make no difference. Motor Continental suggested that I bring that car in for a service in which further diagnostics could be performed.

On taking the car to an actual real Audi dealership they found that the issue was the... o2 sensor. The replacement of the O2 sensor cost me roughly 10% of Motor Continental charged me for their failed repair job. And the replacing of the O2 sensor worked a treat. The vibrating stopped, the misfiring stopped, the car became smooth to drive again, and the cruise control worked again.

Motor Continental is a very charming operation, one which seems to have an answer for everything but a solution for nothing. I am not sure if their errors are born out of fraud, fakery or just bad luck but I am afraid I would strongly avoid Motor Continental. Whatever savings you think you’ll make: it will cost you much more in the end. Additionally communication is quite bad as is punctuality.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Left our car in for an MOT which was quickly carried out to a high level.

Excellent customer service, workmanship and value on both occasions I've used Motor Continental for my VW:

- An independent inspection and further repairs following a road accident, where the insurer's choice of workshop failed to rectify the vehicle and had caused additional damage.
- Annual service and MOT

Murad and team are calm, clear, polite and thorough. The workshop seems well organised and staff very professional. In contrast to main dealers, this authorised repairer is far more focused on customer care and satisfaction. I've recommended to several friends who are all equally pleased. Prices are very competitive.
