Fabulous friendly service. I originally had my MOT booked for Saturday but due to last minute personal circumstances I called on the Wednesday to see if there was the smallest chance they could bring the appointment forward to the next day. The receptionist was so understanding and checked the calendar and was able to fit me in for the very next day.

I waited in the reception whilst the MOT was done. This was comfortable and quiet enough to continue my working day on the laptop. It didn't feel like I was waiting overly long for the test to be completed. I also had a complimentary car wash, which was a lovely added bonus.

I'd say the receptionists are definitely a credit to the company. I felt well looked after and nothing too much trouble.

Took my car in for a MOT. The staff on reception are polite, efficient and very professional. At a time where customer service is sadly lacking in a lot of companies, Toyota Isleworth stands out.
The waiting area is an oasis of calm and very clean. The servicing area, viewed from the waiting room, is very tidy and the work order is well managed. Overall am excellent experience.

I brought my car in for a service and was meant to get a rental car and come back later. My circumstances had changed and I needed my car back ASAP.
Fortunately I was dealing with the lovely Shelley who rearranged their schedule so that my car could be serviced earlier than planned so I could wait.
Both reception ladies Shelley and Rihanna were super helpful and it was very much appreciated.
Customer care is so important and both certainly did Currie Motors proud.
Thanks so much for going that extra mile, 5 star treatment.

Disgusted by the way in which my elderly mother whom has no income has been sold work that she categorically does not need doing. 1) Ac service. AC unit was in perfect working order ,ice cold no smells yet persuaded to have this done.2) Charged for disk replacement when the car has done only 30k miles , (Ive personally inspected the car prior and seen that it is in excellent condition) It's stored in a garage and not exposed to the elements.
Im also told one of the issues she refused to pay for has somehow fixed itself, v. strange. Unfortantely Its not hard to take advantage of people who are elderly or know nothing about cars. Her service cost her £869 (unsurprisingly). Slogan should be: People you cannot trust

I have just left Currie Motors Isleworth and I must say it was a great experience. When I hit my side mirror on a bollard and was told I need to go to the centre I was dreading it. The staff were so very helpful, explaining everything they were doing IN DEPTH. I was able to make myself a coffee and catch up on a few work bits in their waiting room.

Overall - would recommend attending the centre especially if you can get a while you wait appointment.

Really impressed by the customer service at Currie Motors Toyota Isleworth - I was greeted warmly and my car was returned to me within a really reasonable amount of time. Shelley looked after me whilst 'checking out' and was super friendly and helpful - a fantastic ambassador for the brand.

This was a full service and the protection pack. The ladies at the desk were very good. No issues. I had problems in arranging for the protection pack to follow the service and spoke to a person in the body shop who was in a state of chaos. The materials for the protection pack were left in the car after the work. They were at best half used. No idea what I am meant to do with them. They should have explained that this would happen. And during the service I received a hard sell from an engineer to change the wipers and service the air con which I had not requested. I had to agree because what do I know? Also, after Denise asked for a review over the phone, I provided one and they said that they would call back. A woman called back two days later and said she would pass the issue with the protection pack on to someone else and that I would receive a call. I am yet to receive that call and it is 3 days later. Not very happy with it all-in-all. But the ladies at the front were faultless. Hence 3 stars.
