When I’ve had a car, a few years past with me without a vehicle, but they remembered my surname when I went back to them…,
Would not use any one else…,

After failing the MOT on emissions test I tried speaking to several different places all who couldn’t really advise on what was wrong with my car. Eventually one garage recommended Redoak for their extensive diagnostic equipment and I’m so glad they did! I was greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff. They called me within a couple of hours and had solved the problem! They manage to source the replacement part and fit the same day and it came out cheaper than I was expecting. First class service from first class team! Thank you!

Recently moved to the Maidstone area so needed to find a new specialist.

Great garage. All staff so friendly. Gave the car in with a xenon headlight fault. Had already diagnosed exactly what it was in couple hours.

Called me everyday to update me on what was going on!

Very honest about the bill, ended up being less than what they originally quoted, could have easily charged the original price.

5 - 10 min walk from either of the Maidstone train stations too.

Fantastic place, very methodical, great prices and I credibly friendly. My wife's had problems with her car for years and red oak saved the day and made it as painless as possible! Trustworthy, reliance and incredibly professional! Even when I was standing there in my Pokemon pj's!

Such a lovely garage. I don’t really like going to a car garage, sounds stupid these days, but as a woman I still feel like I’m going to be done over. I went to this garage for my mot as I was recommended. The phone call to the garage was easy and friendly, I dropped off my car which was easy, I then heard from them swiftly that my car was ready to be picked up and It had passed the Mot. When I picked up my car I noticed that all the employees I spoke to were really friendly but most importantly seemed really happy and genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do.
I will definitely be returning.
