These guys used a computer to tell me that I needed a new throttle pedal (took less than 5 mins and cost 30 pounds). I was told that the boss would be in touch in regards to fixing the problem. After a couple of days without word, I phoned them only to be told that I'd have to source the part myself as the manufacturer didn't make it any more. I did this and was forced to call them again to set up a time to have the part replaced. At this point I realised that they'd had no intention of ever keeping in contact with me as they didn't want to put a second hand part in the car - the weakest excuse for pure laziness and incompetence I've ever heard. After going to another garage, turns out that was the wrong diagnosis! Not only was I charged for an incorrect diagnosis but I wasted time and money getting the wrong part and phoning these baboons just to get them to do their job. Beehive - beeware! Avoid these rip off merchants like the plague.

Went for a few years for my mot. I use a mobile mechanic for everything else who's brilliant. But as I had only a wheel to change and my indicator light I thought I'd ask them to do it whilst they did my mot. I left the garage with my indicator working for about half a day. Then to notice my head light was now not working too. I took the car back for them to bash it about and tell me there must be a mechanical fault.... I had my usual mechanic have a look who said it looked like they never even changed the bulb and gave it a bash which made it work for the half a day (yet still charged me to replace a bulb) but at the same time had broken my head light too. Would of loved to have known what the price would of been if I had believed the electrical fault story... Won't be going there now. Had my last mot with kwik fit who were friendly And cheaper

I have used Beehive Motors twice. They were very courteous. They did the work quickly & the charge was very reasonable. Both mechanics were very helpful.

AVOID!! Extremely rude and unpleasant man at reception, also quite intimidating. As soon as I returned to pick up my car this time with my partner, it was a different story - clearly doesn't like women.

Local trusted garage where you speak to experienced mechanics who do the work. Last car owned for 17 years and still going strong. Convenient. MOTS easy.
One reviewer mentioned the bar so I believe he’s talking about the Pub just in front which is also a great place but not when you’re driving !

I've used this garage for a number of years for both my cars' MOTs. They are really easy to work with, no messing around and very professional. They work efficiently and are very friendly. They are probably one of the most genuine mechanics I've worked with. They won't try to sell you work you don't need and will highlight genuine issues that will need working on but there's no pressure. I will be using this for all my MOTs for as long as I live in the area.
