what can I say. had my car for 4days, didn't fix rpm fluctuations £230. looked on utube & fix myself. throttle body cleaner £5 eBay.

Been using them for 15 years. Be it an old Jag, BMW, Honda or Golf they have always given me excellent advice and done a good mechanical repair

Dad has been faithfully using Adrian for 25 years or so. My parents now live in the West Country & they still faithfully make a pilgrimage to GNP for all but super urgent repairs. A recommendation can't come higher than that really

Had my car recently serviced and they did an excellent job, found the car running very smooth, they did few repairs at their cost and cleaned my car, a very nice touch.

Customer service was very good, very friendly people always ready to help.

These guys are great. Good honest service from trustworthy, friendly people. Have used them for years on multiple vehicles (cars and vans). Most recently Gary and Paul did a really fast turnaround (incl getting new parts at the last minute) on my Mercedes van. Great job, thank you guys!

Just had my MOT done, saw online that it had passed with no problems so rang to ask when to collect, was told 'just finishing the lights off, car done in 5'. MOT costing £54, I opted to use GNP as family do and I have in the past (even though I feel I'm cheated every time - my mistake coming back) & with other garages doing 20-30£ MOT's you'd usually expect them to be the ones to add on stupid labour prices or silly installs just to get extra £. Go to collect the car and I'm told '£96.01'. Almost 30£ labour just for changing the plate bulbs. Not informed before hand that this needs to be done or the cost.
Very disappointed in the way they went about this, a 2min job for someone who comes regularly to be charged 30min labour & without being informed beforehand.

Local Gem! Amazing mechanics. Honest, reliable and well priced. I will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend ☺️
