Amazing team of mechanics and management in this garage. Booked my appointment via the website, got a email confirmation and a follow up phone call. Didn't delay in seeing me; took my car in right on time. Service and brakes done all round. They kept me updated with where they're at and showed me the before and after of parts of my car. They even diagnosed my car. Really impressed with the tools and equipment in there, and i've been to a fair few garages!
Great hospitality and level of professionalism. Nothing like any other garage in East London. It's more like a showroom atmosphere with the lounge/bar/entertainment area and on top of all that made to feel very welcome by the staff. By far one of the best garages i've been to which isn't a manufacturers garage but has that bespoke touch. Great work, great team, great people, definitely would recommend and definitely will be back!!

Amazing service!! Loved it. The place was beautiful and the work they did was professional. The car was a huge problem but these guys have not failed to make it feel like its brand new. Car runs perfectly smooth now, highly recommended!

Gotham Autos is the most cleanest garage I have been to. The boutique style really allows for my car to have the attention it deserves.

Went in for a major service and got so much more before leaving. They sorted out my window electrics and changed my lightbulbs as well for a really reasonable price. Also got there in time for a free diagnostic which was amazing. Thanks for the awesome service brothers ☺️

Horrible garage ran by a intimidating young boys. Unfortunately the “mechanic” had no knowledge about brakes. I am curious to know where they qualified from. I wanted to know more about why my vehicle wasn’t running properly but the mechanics and management team were being extremely unpleasant, I felt like I was wasting their time by asking questions even though their garage was empty. Completely unprofessional, I would advice people to stay away for their own safety. Mechanics have no real automotive knowledge and it’s scary to think they’re sending cars out onto the road.

Do you know how many times I've been ripped of by garages in east london, everytime ive come here the diagnosis has been on point and they didn't lie about extra problems. No wonder all the other garages are complaining about these guys, its because they're honest about price and service and everyone can noe tell how much we were all getting ripped of before. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I was referred these guys aswell.

Hands down the best garage I've been to. Customer service is 10/10.. Cant think of any faults whatsoever.
