2nd visit to suri motors, best customer service, always polite and friendly, if you wait for your car they will keep updating you stage by stage, staff are experts and they are able to do everything needed, perfect can do attitude. If they need parts for your car they have so many suppliers and are able to obtain within 15-30 mins.
A really proffesional and great garage, you will be safe with them. Prices are low and honest.
I highly recommend.

Have been coming to this garage for over 3 years and they have always been fantastic. A very busy garage who has always accommodated me in times of need. I drive over a hour to use them as they are the best. Dip and the team are fantastic mechanics and since Joanna, the lovely lady on the desk, has joined its running even smoother. Can’t recommended them enough.

Suri Motors have been looking after my Ford Transit for over 8 years. They have always been very efficient, friendly and the charges reasonable. I would not go anywhere else in spite of having moved further away.

I have used this garage for years and have had no problem with the owner. He is a lovely, well mannered and knowledgeable man. Yes he can be a little moody at times but he knows his stuff and my car is always well serviced and problems are swiftly sorted. Would 100% recommend 😊

Very bad service! The owner does not care. Its a very small garage space and so they make your park on the street where there is residence parking and potential to get a ticket.

I booked my appointment 4 days in advance. My appointment was meant to take 2 to 3 hours from the morning...I called in 8 hours later and the job was still not started!

The garage priorities regulars over new customers. The owner told me himself. Hence why 15 cars got seen before mine, despite me arriving in the morning and having an appointment.

They wanted to keep my car overnight. They didn't even have the decency to call to inform me. I had to chase up. I asked for my car back and left without getting the service I booked.

Don't waste your time.

We used this garage for mot/service of our vehicles, all was good in the beginning, but as time went on service got worse and attitudes of staff also. Be aware we booked our last vehicle in and was told to park it 2 streets away. Hence we took vehicle away and when our driver mentioned its not good enough to have to park vehicle elsewhere he was told by owner "you have an attitude problem" Sorry if its booked in you should have the space, yes we did arrive an hour later than our scheduled time due to traffic but it was booked for MOT/SERVICE so realistically space should of still been there.
Will not be using this garage again.When I called receptionist to complain all she did was talk over me so poor show all round.

Do not waste your time with this garage!!!
These guys are bad. They will hold your car all day on a residential road where 4 out of the 8 hours have the potential to get you a parking ticket. Garage is far too small and they overbook.

Bad staff and bad customer service from the owner. Poor communication if any.

After speaking with him, the owner simply does not care.
