I've been using Cardrome for decades to carry out MOTs. They have been very honest and good customer service. Recently my Range failed MOT due to a badly damaged ball joint which Chris replaced. Dropped the car off the night before and was called the next day to tell me the work has been completed. Very happy with the level of service and would recommend this place

As a family we have used this garage on a number of occasions over the years. Having taken my mums car here after the engine light appeared I was told the code meant there could be numerous things wrong with the car but as it wasn’t a specific code they would have to change parts bit by bit to see if the code resolved. Not knowing about cars I put my trust in the garage, on 2 occasions I took the car to them having had parts replaced but the code kept returning. When it returned again I decided to take the car to the main dealer who connected the car to their diagnostic equipment and told me the actual problem immediately, the car was then fixed and has been running smoothly ever since. On 2 occasions I have rung the garage and both times was promised someone will call me back regarding this yet no one did. I’m not unreasonable by any means but would like an explanation why it was the main dealers could diagnose the problem straight away with their equipment yet I was told by yourselves that isn’t possible. I feel like I have spent several hundred pound unnecessarily on parts that didn’t require fixing in the first place and have now completely lost faith in the garage, I have told family and friends who were using the garage of this experience and will not be using them going forward. Hopefully I will get a response from management soon else I will be taking the issue up with trading standards
