Kwik Fit - Croydon - St James Road

Went there on 28/07/22 at 4.48pm to fix a puncher. I am an AA Instructor and have contract with kwik fit for tyres. They simply said they can't fix it because 4.48pm was there last appointment time when shop stays open till 6pm. They asked me to book online when we can pop in to the shop and get it fixed told us by AA and kwik fit. But no they can't spare 30min for AA driving school. AA used to do repairs with kwik fit now we gave them tyres only and all the other repairs to other garages. Soon they will lose the tyre contract aswel if they treat us like that.

Lazy mechanics who will spill oil all over your car and not clean it or even use an oil funnel, which its exact use is to eliminate any oil spillage. 3 hours to do an oil change even though it wasn't busy, didn't event do an engine flush according to my dashcam footage, I paid extra for this...to top it off they even put too much oil in the engine according to the oil dipstick, joke of a company, the mechanics are clearly undertrained and have no respect or care for anyone else's property, 2 ignored email complaints and prolonging my phone calls, will never even go near a kwikfit again with my car, now having to open a case with paypal to get my money back, stay away!

Rude Rude Staff and Racist. They serve people by looking at their colour. I just asked for them to check the car tyre pressure and none was ready to do it even though the garage was empty . Not even a single car for them to be busy. Really Disgusting!

Brought the car in for exhaust box change. Got the job done but the fitment isn't correct. There's a clanking sound when you go over bumpy roads or on humps. After fitting i went back 3 times same day to correct the problem. But to no avail. I hhave to take it back when I'm free for further adjustments

29th Dec 2022 - Went to Kwik Fit St. James Road, this morning to get a new tyre fixed. I bought my tyre online and booked an appointment. There was a lot of availabilities. Even some were same day.
I usually use mobile kwik fit and they are excellent, but I couldn't get any appointment close enough (festive season).

This was my first time at their garage. They were professional, friendly, quick and efficient.
They were very helpful and patient with questions and didn't mind answering loads of them.
Today was a great experience and I would recommend them.
