Group 1 Kentish Town BMW Servicing

We incorrectly arranged an MOT service in the other Barons BMW so when we went to drop the car there was no appointment. They were very helpful and understanding. They took the car in a matter of minutes and agreed to squeeze the vehicle in as soon as possible. The following morning the car was ready. As usual the communication to approve repairs was perfect. Could not have had a better interaction with them.

Very impressed. Excellent drop-off protocol. Staff very helpful (and there were plenty of them). Streets ahead of the Battersea/Stewart’s Road BMW service centre I had previously used. Some slight confusion at the end about pricing was a bit odd, but did not detract from an overall excellent performance. Will certainly use them again.

Initially we started using Barons @ Kentish Town because they are conveniently located near a tube station but after our first visit it's not likely we'll go anywhere else. The service team are helpful and polite, even when busy they take the time to comprehensively answer any questions. Our most recent visit ran smoothly and the service rep stayed in contact regarding pick up times etc, everything else was dealt with electronically. Minimal disruption is always appreciated. Well done Venise and team, keep up the good work.

Fantastic service, had a while you wait MOT and staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a nice work space with desks etc to get on with work so no inconvenience at all and was even provided with a couple of coffees. Kurshan was super helpful and professional in keeping me updated and explaining the results etc.

We know labour charges are expensive but your also paying for expertise they provide from them the Health check, which for me is essential, especially if you have an M3 like me. Always polite, and informative and their work is guaranteed. If you own an older BMW you can trust the work is carried out to spec, let's face it those of us who own these cars are particularly fistiges about them.

I’ve been using Barons (and it’s predecessors) in Kentish Town for my BMW servicing for 12 years now, covering two cars. The service level has been consistently high. The new automated check in process now makes things much speedier too. Very pleased.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Ryan and team at Group 1 BMW, Kentish Town. Having had our vehicle taken off road and taken to another BMW dealership in London it wasn't until we had the car taken to Group 1 that the extent of the issue and prognosis were identified. During the time Group 1 had our car we had frequent updates on its progress and the team went the extra mile to ensure we were adequately looked after. We cannot stress enough how impressed we were and without question would recommend them.
