Linkstar Recovery

Thank you so much to the very kind gentleman who provided fantastic recovery service this morning due to a puncture. Nothing was too much trouble and attendance was prompt. Very pleased and grateful.

Excellent service. The driver/mechanic, Mick. was brilliant. The car broke down in a very awkward place and was difficult to get to, but Mick stayed calm and loaded the car onto the trailer with great skill - even while other drivers were shouting at him. He couldn't have been more helpful

I broke down on the Motorway. Mick from Link Star Recovery came to my rescue. I was feeling quite stressed and anxious from breaking down on the busy fast road. As soon as I got into Mick’s Tow Truck I calmed down and ended up having such a lovely and funny conversation with him. He dropped me back off at home after so I was safely back home from the Car Garage where my car was dropped off to. A top 5 star service indeed. Will use them again (well I hope I don’t actually break down again!)

Fantastic customer service, of all the recovery people I've used over the last 3 years, Linkstar called me straight away, gave me an update when on route and saw me a lot quicker than other companies.

Came to our rescue on the M20 today , very polite and helpful blokes the one I think called Mike drove us all the way to Gt Yarmouth was a star to say the least very pleasant and cheerful a credit to the company !
