I have been using Strand Motors for over 5 years for servicing, MOT and general repairs. They have been reliable and done a good job overall. William has been excellent in terms of his customer service as he does put an effort to help out and communicate the details. Overall, I would certainly recommend them.

My warranty company recommended i use this company when I had engine troubles. It took them over 8 weeks to diagnose and fix, despite my regular phone calls after 2 weeks of them having my vehicle. Fed usual rubbish, promises of phone calls back, none were forthcoming. It wasn't until I actually went there and spoke to them in person that things actually started happening, and lo and behold a few days later my car was finally repaired. I would never use again, even though my warranty company payed the bill

Worst place of choice I do not recommend. Be vigilant to negative comments!. I was ROBBED of a Buss Fuse that’s now discontinued as my car is limited edition. Car was delivered for a MOT. However mechanic helped themselves to what did not concern them. I’m very disgusted by their professionalism I intended to take matters further to trading standards. I believe I am not the first to experience this lost and will not be the last. Poor communication skills un-tidy job work I found the whole experience disgraceful as a paying customer.

Excellent Garrage . I have been using them for last 4 years. Never had any issues . The prices are very reasonable for an Audi specialist. Last not the least I would like to mention William & Percy are knowledgeable & friendly .
I would recommend strand highly . You can use them with full confidence.

Reliable, quick and honest. Been bringing my cars here for over 5 years, always friendly and go the extra mile. William is fantastic and I’ve recommended Strand to a number of friends who have all been very happy with the service they received. Five stars indeed!

My car was booked in to this garage for 8:30 by my warranty company. I arrived and parked by the workshop. Unimpressed to see a long flight of stairs which were not disable friendly.
The reception smelt and was in a run down and poor condition. The man in reception was on a call so I waited patiently. After his call ended I explained politely why I was there and the referral company, the.man responded by saying he did not work with that company but called a similar name stating they worked with them. I had the email booking and offered to show him. He said he didn't need to see it and that my car was not booked in which conflicted with my email. After a long 8 minutes of going back and forth I walked from reception to the foyer to call my car company. They confirmed that the my warranty company and the one the garage man stated were in fact the same company as I suspected..

The reception man heard this and approached me requesting my Reg number while I was still talking on the phone. I was on hold when the man stood in front of me picking at his nose. I was horrified and requested he used hand sanitiser. He responded he was not taking my car as I ignored him when he could clearly see I was still on the call. The warranty company luckily was privy to all said he would escalate to their complaints department and remove this garage from their approved list of garages.

As I left and walked back to my car I was told that the technician who would have worked on my car was on holiday hence there was no one there to work on my car. Clearly the reception threw the gaslighting book at me knowing they should not have booked in my car in the 1st instance.

AVOID, booked in by Cinch, our car was delivered by recovery truck, on collection my wife’s brand new air fresheners were stolen from car, then on driving out there were 4 marks on inside where a phone hand been used then noticed 14 miles were missing, rude staff said they had to test drive 14 miles yeah right and none of there staff would use phone holders in the car, so where did the marks come from and 14 miles to test drive 😂😂 anyway AVOID if cinch send you there say NO

I was meant to have a full service and mot from this place, they took my payment no problem, but didn't collect my car (part of the service I paid for), then when I rearrange a date and time he's just back and forth I have to clarify with him about 5 times before I hang up and then on said day just changes his mind and literally lies about the whole convo, this man WILLIAM If that's even his name, rubbish customer service can't even take my car there to have the services which I already paid for done. I wish I could give it 0 for wasting my time. If you ever have a convo with this man record it because all he will do is lie.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
