Dropped off day after appointment made, which was late. Omar was very helpful. It was probably only a small job for the garage as was only faulty wiring to do with head light but took it and did it really quickly and very reasonable price. Will definitely be taking my car back should I need a mechanic again.

Unbelievably incompetent - I had to call up 6 or 7 times just to get a receipt for a tyre replacement. They were rude, they couldn't even be bothered to call me up and let me know what was going on.

All this hassle just for a receipt! Honestly not worth it, other garages around this area so: learn from my mistake and don't waste your time here - trust me!!

Absolutely amazing service. I had an electrical problem on my 118 series BMW and the guys were proactive and fixed the problem. I have to say no other mechanic was able and willing to do the work, most of the time making excuses ooooh it's electrical etc etc.

Been using St Johns Wood Autos for over 10 years. Ron and his mechanics know what they are doing and they don't mess you about. They've serviced everything for me over the years, Peugeot 106, Audi A3, BMW 750iL, Jaguar XJ6, Mercedes C230, Range Rover, Porsche. Fair prices, no loading up on unnecessary items and he's also great if you need any bodywork repaired.

It used to be amazing garage 5 years ago. In a last year when Omar has been left in charge it is so unwellcoming to attend the garage. He is so rude to customers, constant shouting if you call, if you stop by to enquire about the fault on your car all you get is - we are busy, can’t help you!

I would like to give it ZERO stars but there is no such option. Appalling service (or the lack of it to be more precise) and extremely rude Omar to deal with. Having read the other reviews (unfortunately not before I left my car there) I can see some other people have commented on how rude and unpleasant he is to deal with, lacking most basic customer service skill. They had my car for a month and not called me once with any update, I had to chase repeatedly just to be fobbed off by Omar each time with different excuses and him getting very irate and short with me for 'bothering' him with questions. After my patience ran out and I told Omar I am coming to collect my car he tried to charge me £125 for 'working on diagnosing the problem' which he said his electrician has fixed. I said I want to check my car before I pay him, just as well as the car that was left parked a street away wouldn't start! Omar's rude and aggressive manner makes this place the worst garage I have ever been to.

I live in the block of flats right above the Auto's. Every morning it's the same thing, the workers don't know how to talk at a normal volume. It's constant shouting and it's getting really annoying. The fumes from the cars and the noise in general is way too much its taking a tole on my health.

Brilliant garage really helpful friendly staff.
Pick up & drop off car at no charge so great if your at work and need to get MOT, Service etc without having the inconvenience of dropping off and picking up. Prices are very reasonable would highly recommended 👍
