Express of Walton

I had my air conditioning recharged this summer shortly before the hottest part of the year. After booking my appointment during the day time, I dropped my car off and went to get a coffee in town. I got a call a little while later to inform me that the work had been completed, and despite there being a slight complication with completing the job (it took a little longer than they expected) the price was as agreed.

Very happy to recommend the Express of Walton team and will definitely be taking my car back there next year for it's MOT!

Recently I shifted to Walton On Thames, Surrey and my car was having some battery issue. I always hesitate in trusting any garage for my car. As its a new place for me, I was not much aware of any garage in the area. One of my friend recommended Express of Walton as he was using their services for many years. But I must say, they fixed my car battery problem in no time. After initial analysis, they recommend fixing the new battery. Even they helped me to select the new battery. They fitted a new battery and that too at very affordable rate with full honesty. I am very much satisfied with their services.

I have been a customer of Express Garage for over 15 years. We, as a family, have all of our cars serviced at Express. That's me, my wife and my children. These range from the family Galaxy to the beloved Mercedes soft-top.
Sam, the owner of the garage, is always very honest with me as to what needs doing on the car, and has even recommended to me on one accession that perhaps it would be better to consider scrapping the car rather than repairing it, as it is probably not sensible to try to repair it any longer.
As such, I trust her advice and invariably follow it !
I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Express garage !

I cannot heap enough praise onto these guys. Sam and her team are not only lovely to deal with they genuinely care about getting work done on time and at extremely fair prices that are always lower than going to the manufacturer. They have saved my skin so many times. Today my car wasn’t turning over, I couldn’t get it to a garage and even close to closing time on a busy Saturday Sam got one of her guys out to my house, she got a new battery in for me, got her guy to fit it in my driveway and whilst he was under the bonnet he noticed my brake fluid cap was broken which could’ve affected the fluid inside (temperature etc) so recommended I bring it in to have the cap replaced and a brake fluid check. Battery was £80 and no call out charge. They have spotted things wrong before on my car and they know their stuff. If you live in Surrey don’t bother going anywhere else - THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!

I just had to write after the fantastic service we have just received from Express of Walton. Sam and her team went out of their way to help me when my car needed an urgent MOT when they were already fully booked that day. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable service with fair prices. I would thoroughly recommend this garage.

Great honest garage, friendly staff, fair prices. Always known were I stand with my vehicle due to good advice upon mot/service,in the event of a break down they have always accomated and aimed to get myself back on the road asap. Recommend highly.

Excellent customer service. My car hit a pot hole and my locking nut had broken and they were the only garage in Walton to help me today. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to meet and his knowledge was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Honest genuine guys. AA told me I needed a new battery as well as an alternator and Daniel quoted as such. He then called and said battery was fine so didn't need replacing. Great service and recommended. Thanks guys.
