Cornwall Lodge Service Station

Had my VW's cam belt changed here...Great service and cheapest quote I could find. other places tried to charge nearly double the price, no word of a joke.

These guys are fab - they can always fix anything and will always help you out. I used to repair my own car, now I just bring everything to them

Great place to get a test done, waiting area is warm, and fantastic staff/ mechanics.

Been using this garage for 25+ years. Trust them and they have never let me down. Excellent service.

Rude and non sense staff
I was trying to return an item. I couldn't work out how to scan the QR code with their scanner. The staff said I had to scan that further. I told him it did not work. He took my phone, tried and could not work. At that point he asked me to make the QR image bigger. It finally scanned and printed me a sticker. As the instruction on the screen asked me to give the label to a staff. I tried to break the sticker from the strip using it pre-cut line. The staff shouted at me asking why I pulled that as he said I would break the machine. But obviously each label has its own cut line for easy tear-off. I was not allowed to tear the label so I remove that from the print. The staff kept shouting at me and I asked why he needed to shout endlessly. At the end, he refused to take my returning package. I wish I can leave zero star.

It's a petrol station what else can I say?!

Horrible customer service, today I was pushed out of my queue for Hermes print to give priority to the managers friend with very rude manners too. Spoiled my mood for the whole day wasted my time
