Took my car in for a wash and vacuum. One of the mags hadn't been washed at all. Chap took a cloth and wiped it clean - sort of. Other mags didn't look too clean either.
Carpet on the driver's side had exactly the same dirt marks on as when I dropped it off. The excuse was that this must have happened when the car was moved. Really? Exactly the same dirt marks.
The final straw. 22 pounds for a mediocre job.
Beware.

I had my bumper repaired and repainted by Diti and the team. Really pleased with the job and the finish, no complaints about the price. They also do a great car wash.

I do not recommend . Very poor cleaning service. They opened the business despite the lockdown and the total ban, without keeping the minimum sterility. They finished my car with dirty rags by wiping inside and out

Had my wheels refurbed and painted today, great job, also had a£20 wash which to be honest is OK but the traffic film is too strong so I need to polish 2moro it's stained my wheel arches door trim and mirrors bland spent £2k last year on paint preserver blotches everywhere I keep the car clean, its a £60k Range BUT wheels are great so 4 stars.
Had my own valeting business in 90s so know what it is so guys don't have it so strong its quite bad, decent job on wheels though prompt and ready for me. I will now spend 3 hrs Autoglym polishing the blotches out on Sunday but no real dramas if your car just needs a clean perfect place. They do like cash which is always a worry but not the end of the world as do offer receipt

We had a slow puncture on one of our front wheels and being boxing day we did not have much hope that anywhere would be open but these guys were and stayed on for us to do the quick repair. The service was fast and considering last minute I'd say a reasonable price. Really lovely chaps and will use them again

I never felt the need to write a review before and I’m always willing to give everyone a second chance. I got charged today £22 for a standard inside and out clean. Clearly advertised on the board as £12. Ironically the car had the normal winter grime, not heavily caked in mud. As per the previous time I took the car there for a clean, 5 years ago, when I got it home I cleaned the areas that had been missed. I don’t believe people mind spending money on a good service, sadly this isn’t, I feel there is a bit of ‘Henley tax’ being applied here which is sad. I note with interest they have had similar negative reviews. They need to improve their in person skills, improve their car washing service and charge the price listed. There won’t be a third chance…

I washed my car there. I couldn't pay the card with cash only. I asked for an invoice, but the employee told me that they were not issuing an invoice. He doesn't understand how it works. The quality of work is average. After cleaning, check the cleanliness under the carpets. They only vacuum what is visible from the top
