We’ve recently had one of service vehicles repaired by Spectrum in Sidcup. I’d like to share the experience I have had as it has been extremely delightful and a professional experience.

From the moment the vehicle had been taken from our depot with courtesy collection as well as a drop off. As well as them picking the vehicle a second time in order to change a back step that needed to be ordered in by the company. They also accommodated us with a courtesy vehicle which they dropped off and picked up.

I am van sales rep for reputable company and the hassle free service and the professionalism that Stephanie provided was seamless! Keeping me up to date and every stage of the process as well as dealing with any logistics issues we had with getting the vehicle delivered. Plus going the extra mile ;)

If you're wanting a vehicle repaired through your insurance company then I'm sure its a good company to use however if its a private repair the estimate leans towards expensive compared with others
