MDM Technik Ltd - Audi, VW , Bentley Specialist inc Revo remapping

Generally very happy with the service I have received from Mark and the team at MDM Technik.

I have used MDM Technik for several years now for major overhauls (including a full engine-out) and simple services on my aging Flying Spur.

Very thorough with a great attention to detail. Mark is also very knowledgeable with the Bentleys.

Will continue to use for as long as I own the car. However, I don't tend to get rid of my cars!

Nice people. Polite and efficient. Collected my recalcitrant Bentley and sorted it (and its many computers) for me so that I can now enjoy it.

Mark is a wizard. He has been looking after my RS4 and my partners Q3 for the last year and every time they come back transformed. He found a brake fault with the RS4 that I thought was it's geometry! The level of knowledge, care and attention is rare in todays world. Highly recommended.

MDM were very welcoming, extremely sympathetic to my car situation and very thorough and knowledgeable in their work. I won’t hesitate to go back. At Audi there’s always a feel that you can never speak to the ones who are diagnosing and fixing your car. At MDM you can see and hear for yourself the full situation with the car.

Audi A3. I went to 2 garages both said new clutch £1k. I had my doubts so took it to MDM. It was the wheel bearings as I thought. Car is driving better than ever now. This chap was very straight forward and even showed me the old parts and photos. I believe him to be honest and a good mechanic, what more could you ask for. I recommend him without hesitation.

Mark was an absolute superstar and really went the extra mile to do the best job he could on my car. Extremely professional with excellent communications and clearly a talented and knowledgeable technician. I would highly recommend MDM Technik.

I contacted MDM Technik at the end of March with regards to a product they sell on their website. I was greeted by a nice lady which then transferred me over to Mark which was more knowledgeable on the subject at hand. He advised me to send an email with all the details which I did and said he will get back to me.

1 week later - no reply, chased them up via email, nothing
10-11 days later - called them, was advised that they will get back to me ASAP

I don't have anything against a business not wanting to deal with a specific customer, maybe they don't see a great margin in that or maybe the customer is difficult, I own 2 businesses and I'm quite familiar... I really doubt this was the case though as I only needed them because they are an Aquamist distributor and I simply wanted to buy through them, no work required, nothing else, maybe this was a turn-off...

But don't say you will get back to me or anyone else for that matter and then don't because that's unprofessional and shows that your word is actually worthless.
