Excellent customer service. Great prices, especially on commercial.

Had a major service due for my DS3, went to Dryden as a first time customer and left extremely impressed and very pleased.
Servicing staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, my car needed new brake pads which I had not booked it in for but the team fitted in the extra work in good time and returned my car spotlessly clean inside and out.
Will certainly use them for all future services, great job!!

Great, the attention is nice, service for my car was perfect.

I’ve had some problems with my C4, took it to these guys after the excellent service my partner received.
They sorted it when other garages couldn’t be bothered.

Went in for advice and to buy the requisite item. George was very helpful told me what I needed to complete the tools required to remove the spare wheel and put everything on order. Rang the next day for me to pick it up. Superb service.

They could have done better by clearly communicating that if car failed it's MOT it would be illegal to drive. They should explain this from the start so that customers can make alternative arrangements to get home sooner - rather than allow them to sit and wait for over an hour. There was no courtesy car available and now I have to make alternative arrangements to travel to work until car is fixed.

There used to be a lovely lady here who couldn't do enough to help. However, today the desk was manned by males who did not communicate properly. Not even an offer of a lift in this heat as I emptied the contents of the boot to carry home.
