I found QST by chance after getting quotes for servicing from Audi centres.
I’m so glad I did, because instead of Audi Privileged pricing, I got the same if not better from Kim Collins at a fraction of the price with all original parts.
Kim has always worked around you not a diary like big corporate companies, so you don’t have to take time of from work.
I have been going back to QST for many years now, & wouldn’t use anyone else.
I have had cars remapped & all the checks beforehand have taken place with QST. & wow what a difference it makes from the bog standard car with one of their tuning maps.
Not only in performance & smoothness from the car, but you get far more miles to the gallon from the car.
Basically if you get a remap you’re buying the next Audi model with the fraction of the price. As we all know that’s all Audi do when bringing out the next generation model! & charge you thousands.

Shocked by my local Audi franchises service prices I spoke to QS Tuning, they could do the same service, for less, using Audi parts and maintain the service history on my car. As a result me and my wife now use them for servicing of her diesel A1 and my S1 and neither of us will be going back to the franchised dealer.

Kim and Alex also diagnosed an issue with my car and fixed it one night after work for me. The customer service these guys show is amazing and far exceeds my previous main dealer experiences with two different makes of car.

Two weeks ago QS Tuning undertook the service and APR remap on my car. I'd previously discussed what was required with Kim and Alex and was confident they would do what was required for the quoted price - they did both! My car is now transformed and it's going back next week to have the clutch replaced (common issue with my car and a weak OEM clutch) with a Sachs Organic clutch.

I'd happily drive further to have my car looked after by QS Tuning, clear advice, a knowledgeable team and excellent customer service. Just leave your credit card at home - they sell way too many nice bits for cars there!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic company. Alex and the team are spot on. I wouldn't trust many people to work on my car, but these guys REALLY know what they're doing.

In the past, they've done some amazing builds - like Alex's personal S1 and the legendary golf R (Which is an absolute beast!).

The communication and customer service is spot on. Cannot fault them at all.

Total refurbishment of an old Audi Quattro 1987. This team took over 3 years to refurbish, and at every step of the way informed me of what needs to be replaced. Genuine parts were used through out the rebuild of the car. the paint work was faultless. the engine rebuild is perfect. in fact the whole car is like new. Fair play to Kim and Alex, and Kims mum who had a lot of time and patience with me on the rebuild. I am proud to mention that the car was reformed by QST. Again thank you for what you have turned around. my car is over 32 years old. Kim and Alex you should be proud on what you have achieved and WELL DONE

So I had a KW HAS kit fitted to my R8 last year, after advising Alex that I didn’t want it sat on the floor. It was set on the floor to the point it was running on the bump stops at the front. At the point I saw how low it was it was too late as both mechanics had left for the day and I live in Nottingham.

So after a few months of destroying my front splitter I decided to adjust the suspension myself only to find that both rear lower spring platforms are sitting on the hubs. Neither of the rear platform locking rings were refitted.

The suspension height on the rear has not moved so the suspension was re-fitted without them.

On contacting QST Alex said pop it back? Yeah I live in Nottingham, more to the point it should have been fitted properly in the first place. Alex’s blasé attitude was and is disgraceful.

I would strongly advise using someone like RE Performance if you have an expensive Audi.

Did what no other tuner can do atm! A remap on a 2022 RSQ8, the Bosch ECU that all other tuners say is not crackable at present. They did it and the car is night and day different. Very professional, really knowledgeable about cars across the board. I highly recommend QS Tuning.

Alex and the team are very knowledgeable and know how to treat a customer, I was very happy with the res delete for my S3 along with the upgrade of mmi system. Would recommend everyone to bring there Audi or BMW down for tuning, maintenance or styling.
One very happy customer and am looking forward to my next visit to remap using the APR Map to gain the much needed performance the car is lacking !

Had the car for just over a week after remap and still completely overwhelmed at the difference. Had multiple tunes/work on cars in the past and these guys definitely topped them all. Highly recommend, will return in the near future.
