They recently looked after my car which was in need of a some regular maintenance. They were friendly & courteous , but also professional & clearly knowledgeable about what they do.

The car was fine before but drove like new as I left the workshop. I feel comfortable that they will be looking after the car for years to come.

Have used VS Motors a few times now for various reasons and with different cars, from a puncured tyre, faulty brakes, an exhasted exhaust and MOTs. At every step, I have been provided with honest advice stating what I don't need as well as what is needed. This is different from usual experiences at other centres where I feel that I'm being told things are wrong with the car that actually aren't.

Shameful people! I had a flat tyre after my shift in the hospital. I couldn't unscrew the wheel, was 9pm and they were still opened. I asked them for help, I was desperate and told I'd pay anything because I had a flight the following morning at 7am and was an emergency. The owner was so rude didn't even look at me in the eyes, he refused to help me, telling me in an angry way it was closed and turned his back on me without even letting me talk. Would have been a job of not even 5 minutes for them with the gun, I had already the other wheel ready just needed someone to take the bolts out they left me alone on the street watching me with their friends struggling and exhausted to change the tyre, probably I wasn't same nationality that's why they didnt help me. I don't wish to anyone to be left alone in a difficult situation, if you can help, a gesture of humanity can't hurts. But I believe in Karma though, it always come back.

My car broke down and RAC towed it to VS Motors. They were recommended by family member. Derrick organised for an inspection to determine the root cause. The next day the mechanic VJ diagnosed the issue was the battery. RAC should have detected this! I will definitely use again

Booked my car in for MOT and I would never ever go back here again!!!!! It was quite pricey at £55 but I was more than willing to pay.There is a mechanic there that is disgustingly rude. I called and asked when my car would be ready and got told ‘I told you I would call you so don’t stress me out!!!’ Very very rude! On collection I was told to wait 5 minutes for my car. When I asked where is my car the same rotten mechanic asked ‘how far do you think it will be if I said wait?’ I am not expecting happy smiles and dancing but basic manners and decent customer service is not too much to ask for is it?
Worst experience in a mechanics I have ever ever had. One star is too much! Car passed its MOT for anyone wondering.
