Whether you are dealing with the founders Peter or Craig, or the younger lads like Ben and Mike you get the same top notch service. Some say GT-One is expensive. I say you get what you pay for. Communication is excellent so no nasty surprises. And they diagnose and fix the niggly things that other workshops cannot even find. Case in point my classic 911 occasionally smelt of fuel in the cabin. Other workshops just take it for a drive and say they cannot smell anything. GT-One ferrets all around the whole car systematically eliminating possibilities until they find the root cause, offer you several solutions, then fix it. Job done. Thank you.

I have had a number of 911's and GT One have always looked after them. Good work at a reasonable price. The other big difference to main dealers is the customer service. No fancy waiting rooms rather really knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I know which I prefer. These guys know Porsches inside out. Keep up the good work team.

GT One is an excellent independent Porsche specialist. I've used them for anything from an MOT to a PPI. In one case it was post purchase and the car had some material issues. They supported me to ensure the garage took back the car and I received a full refund.

I recently had the MOT done on my Porsche 997.2 by the service team (including a non scheduled mini service) and, as always, I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness of their work. GT ONE also provide comprehensive full visual check of the exterior and interior, a full mechanical examination, and a road test. Their report also included a detailed list of planned maintenance, giving me the comfort of knowing that my car is in good condition and that any necessary repairs or maintenance can be done in a timely manner.
