Finally a garage that is fast, reliable and reasonable. It's so hard to find a garage to work on my Toyota MR2, and Derek here says he actually enjoys working on them.

Power steering on my Toyota Avensis developed a fault while driving. The fault after diagnosis turned out to be a dead alternator. Tech One made great effort to squeeze out the time in their busy schedule after i contacted them. They sourced a new alternator and replaced it all within 5 hours while i was at work nearby.
Great Toyota specialist knowledge at excellent affordable repair price combined with helpful and can-do approach. Will strongly recommend and use them again.

I've used Tech One for many years and have always been delighted at the service I've received. Derek, Dave and Sam are not only brilliant technicians but exceptionally helpful too. Nothing is too much trouble, the work is always of very high quality and costs are kept to the minimum. Highly recommended.

I took my Yaris to Tech One after my local garage had failed to fix a problem with the car misfiring. Derek soon identified the problem. My local garage had replaced all four injectors, but one of the replacement injectors they had installed turned out to be faulty.

Derek explained the problem on the phone to me, replaced the rogue injector, and carried out an extended road test. I’ve now had the car back for two weeks, and everything is running smoothly.

I was very impressed with Derek’s analytical approach, his attention to detail, and his professionalism. My only regret is that I didn’t turn the problem over to Tech One in the first place. Very highly recommended!

Derek and his technicians are brilliant, they are honest about any problems and will keep you informed of anything extra needed on your car, they are also very quick workers getting the required work done on our car in under 4 hours. Truly great service, we will be using them again.
