Used them several times now and I would best describe them as reliable and fair. It's probably worth saying also that they have always been extremely polite which might be one of the main reasons I keep using them.

I phoned this garage to ask if performing a vehicle pre-purchase inspection on my behalf was something they would do, however I was interrupted by sharp remarks, like "no" from the woman who took my call. The woman did not understand what I was asking for and when I tried to explain that I am not local and I am looking for a mechanic to go and look over a car at a garage for me before I commit to buying it. I got as far as "I am looking for a mechanic to..." before being interrupt with "No, you can speak to me!"
I searched for highly rated garages in the area and Priory Motors was one of my top 3 choices. The other two garages understood exactly what service I was looking for and were a great help, this garage fell way short of the mark hence my need to leave this review.
