I took my BMW 5 series into the garage, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient when booking in. This was the third garage that I went to to get my rear air suspension looked at, even BMW didnt fill me with confidence when they carried out a diagnostic and wanted to charge me a fortune. I got a call back on the day the car was in, the mechanic was very confident in what needed to be done, I had a very competitive quote for the works and also had my brakes changed at the same time, all carried out on the same day! best garage Ive ever used and will definitely not go elsewhere and happy to recommend to anyone in the area. thank you Chester Auto centre!

Was on holiday with my partner in Chester broke down had rac ask us to choose a garage to take the car to Evan though a bank holiday, staff where very kind and helpful and Evan with short notice took the car on.
Was told would try get the work done in a two day period and they achieved it as we was returning home a few days later. Was very reasonably priced for a mechanics and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Fantastic Service. Give a fair Price and do an Outstanding Job any issues they call before smacking you with a bill and the Secretary is friendly and explains what is being done and what will also need to be done and also remembered I put a wait on a job by them as I had a wedding and she remembered and asked how the day was fantastic service and the work that has been carried out has been fantastic and it's all been repaired and no further issues highly recommend and will be using these going forward.

I love this garage. Been coming here for the last 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else now. I have been ripped off in other garages but never here. The staff on reception are lovely and the prices super reasonable. They also genuinely care and reward your loyalty, I booked in my headlight last week as the bulb had gone. It was sorted in 15 minutes and free of charge..Amazing..not many garages would do that. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant. 10 out of 10 for everything they did for us on the repair to our motorhome. Highly recommend them.

All staff are friendly yet professional and the service is superb and prices are very reasonable will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend this garage, I have been over time with different issues and I have not been disappointed once.i have a taxi and they have got me back on the road everytime
