Fast and friendly. We came in for a battery and tyre replacement on two separate occasions and theyre pretty quick and very nicely priced, especially for the area.

My only issue was they couldn't find my lug nut and didn't call to ask despite having our number so delayed the time it took to get it done. (It was in passenger door)

Bought Skoda Octavia 2.0 diesel approximately 5 years ago. Probably paid a little too much for it and they don't haggle however they put right some bodywork issues. Car is great. Now 100,000 on the clock and going strong.

Absolute waste of time and space, a simple problem the check engine light was Amber and I asked them to check it.
By the end of the day I asked if my car was ready and they said they couldn't get to the tester to plug it up. Are they thick or what I can do that with my eyes shut and I'm not even trained.
All stems down to pure laziness and lack of communication. Couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and tell me they couldn't fix it. Very unprofessional I won't be returning !!
