Thank you for your poor apology below, again I find I have to write and complain to you about your poor service.
You say in your email below- Having been in contact with DWV, they have confirmed that your appointment has been scheduled for 10/10/2018 !!!
And I have two emails and two text messages from yourselves confirming this date and time!
On Monday 17th September and Tuesday 2nd October I receive two text messages and two emails saying you are now coming on the 9/10/2018 PM with no contact with myself confirming if this was ok, it was lucky that I could alter my movements to accommodate you!
On Saturday the 6th October you tell me by text message you are coming 9/10/2018 AM again with no contact with myself confirming if this was ok!!
I sent an email back to yourselves that day to say this was not convenient and to keep the PM slot, with no reply from yourselves!
I now find myself having waited in all afternoon today 9/10/2018 that no one actually turns up, and you not having the common decency to email or text to let me know you would not be coming.
I would have never spent the £500 insurance I took out with yourselves when buying my new Mercedes car if I had known what a rubbish service you provide!
