CHERRY TREE GARAGE

Great little garage. Been twice now and haven't been disappointed. The staff are chatty and helpful. The service has been efficient, on time and within price.

First time I did an MOT on my own as I used to have a guy for that. Went to Cherry tree garage and was more than impressed with how they handled me. Customer service was great and the owner talked me through everything. It failed on some bulbs and wiring and they fixed it there and then. Could have dragged it out and charged me an hour for labour but instead they fixed it in 15 minutes and charged me 15 minutes labour. Outstanding service and I highly recommend if it’s your first MOT or even if you’ve lost faith in your usual garage and need a good honest garage to give you the faith back. 5 stars for a 5 star garage👌🏻👌🏻

Only place in trust in dover to get my car done, not like other garages that rip you off, this place is loyal to their customers and puts a bit of faith back into motoring for people.

Hadn't used this garage before,but needed MOT done and work if necessary. What a great bunch of people! Really helpful, no unnecessary advisories listed. The car passed and the one advisory that was listed had been costed for me so if it got worse and I needed to get it done I knew what I would have to pay. Can't speak to highly of the service I received from them. It will definitely be my go to garage in the future.

Friendly helpful receptionist, reasonable prices and a range of options all explained in full and fast repairs. Everything a garage should be, couldn't ask for more and will be returning when in Dover again. Can't rate a garage higher.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First, they messed up my car and transferred it to another garage. Second, they charged me more than they quoted in the first quote. Third, the male owner is extremely rude, racist, and dissatisfied with myself. It took more than fortnight but instead of apologising, I received nothing but very poor service.
