Christchurch Garage

Booked my car in for an air conditioning service for Saturday morning at 9:30am. The attached picture is of the garage at 10am after waiting for over half an hour for someone to hopefully open. Not even a phone call to let me know they would be closed and not able to carry out the work I had pre-booked for.

Great garage with friendly knowledgable mechanic's. Good price and quick service. Would highly recommend. Also had MOT done for the last two years and faults fixed ASAP.

Just popped in at short notice as was worried about my water and oil. Absolutely first class service. Highly recommend this garage. As a lone female I've had bad experiences with being ripped off but not here. Thank you

Had my air con regassed here. A Groupon deal. Easy to get booked in a quick friendly service. Now my air con is ICE cold ready for Winter 🤦🏼‍♂️

I went in for an aircon regass as my aircon was blowing warm. The mechanic quickly realised it wasn't a regass issue, so he said he wasn't going to charge me and advised me it was most likely the high pressure switch. I went home and did a bit of research and found a common fault on my car was a faulty AC relay which controls the ac HP switch, I ordered a new relay for £10, changed it myself and now my AC is working fine.

I'm leaving a 5 star review because I wasn't charged and was pointed in the right direction and the mechanic demonstrated his honesty when it comes to vehicle repairs. Many other mechanics may have charged me anyway or even tried to get me to shell out for unnecessary and expensive repairs to the AC system.

I'll deffinetley be going back when I need repairs in future.

I purchased an air conditioning voucher on Groupon and called to book in for the service. They told me they no longer use Groupon and wouldn't honour the voucher although it doesn't expire until February 2023! I started a refund request on Groupon but can only get get a credit which is no good to me! To top it off you can still buy this service on Groupon for Christchurch garage so other people are going to lose money too. Really not a great experience!

I phoned Christchurch garage last week as my exhaust had broken and even with the short notice they were able to look at my car today. After reading previous reviews and speaking to the garage I knew I was in safe hands, I had the work done (exhaust repair and front discs and pads). I have already recommended them to a couple of friends and am pleased to of found a great local garage for any work I need doing on my car excellent customer service and very reasonable prices! Thank you!

Excellent service at this little garage. Took the car in for diagnostics and general fault finding after trying 2 other garages. They repaired the fault, with a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend them. The car drives like a rocket now. Thanks.
