Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics here. We are a used car dealership and they have helped us out of a pickle many times. Even when other mechanics have been scratching their heads with a problem, these guys have swiftly and accurately pin pointed the issue and fixed the problem and price their work very fairly.

Rob gave a very reasonable price for the work required and as arranged carried out the work promptly and efficiently using original Mercedes parts. I wouldn't consider going any where else. We'll done for a top job .

Helpful and accessible this non- franchise Mercedes specialist offers first class service and repairs. Not cheap, as there is never anything cheap about Mercedes (!), but fair prices. Recommended.

Trustworthy, realiable mechanics. Always honest about what work does and doesn't need doing. half the cost of labour yet seemingly double the competence (based on previous dealings with Mercedes dealerships) B G Griffiths will always be my first choice over those clowns at the main dealership.

Had an engine miss fire so took my Mercedes down to BG Griffiths. He fitted me in at very short notice. Ran the diagnostic, cleared the fault codes and explained the issue. Absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommended!!

Brilliant in every way, why go anywhere else!

I dont know how to begin to say thank you to the team today, I had a issue with the car that had to be paid for by the dealer I bought it off, they didn't want to pay and made it a bit awkward for the mechanic, but Rob was the most helpful guy that done a great job on my AMG. Will be going back there again (hopefully not to soon!)

BG Griffiths did a great job repairing my van. They diagnosed and fixed issues with the braking system as well as troubleshooting, finding and fixing an annoying banging noise with ease.. But most importantly they put right some dangerous work taken out by a previous owner / garage, where wheels had been attached to the van using the wrong size bolts (much too short) and secured with silicone(!). This had made the van extremely unsafe to drive as the wheels could have fallen off at any point. I am very thankful they spotted and fixed this potentially serious accident causing issue!.
