Motorsave

I own a troublesome campervan (VW T4 2001) and have used Gary at Motorsave for a number of repairs. The work is always done as quickly as they can, to a very high standard (recovery mechanics have twice commented on the quality of work he's done, just about little things "you don't often see that done" etc.). He's always honest about what needs to be done, and tries to do it as economically as he can. After repairs he shows the parts he's replaced or work he's done, explaining exactly what went wrong and almost apologising for any costs! After a particularly MOT fail repair bill (there was loads wrong to fix) I found out he'd even welded the exhaust for me for free and not mentioned it - I only found out when I asked (I knew it was a bit of a problem there...).
Gary is quite simply the nicest mechanic I've ever dealt with, a really genuinely nice person who tries to do the best for his customers. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I have been taking my Fabia to Matt and Jerry for nearly a year now and so far I've been so grateful to have found them. Being 19 years old, going to a garage can sometimes make you worry about being 'ripped off' like I have been in the past, but not here. Jerry is a superb mechanic and always does a brilliant job. In addition to this, he is very clean, tidy, and respectful - just what you want. He does his best to provide a service that's convenient for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have done and would totally recommend Motorsave to anyone out there looking for a reliable garage. It's garages like these that are hard to find, but when you do, it's definitely worth sticking with!

Won't use any body else

We took the car in asking them to fix the heating. They didn't do the heating saying the were too busy but they did a MOT to the car and did some work in the break which costed us £390. That's not we ask them to do, the MOT isn t due until Feb next year! It proved the work the did to the break was no good because one month later, the dashboard says ABS service needed. We were also suggested to take the car back in a week to get the heating fixed which we did but after waiting for the whole day, they told us that the were too busy and couldn't do it Again. Their service is so bad. We wouldn't go back again, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The two men there called Jerry and Matt.

Overpriced servicing and paid several hundred pounds and couldn't fix my problem, went to another garage - problem solved in 10 minutes
