I took my car here with a bit of a complicated problem. Mick was brilliant in sorting out what had gone wrong and went above and beyond to find the part for me. He was very friendly, trustworthy and went the extra mile. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Took my car in for it's MOT 17/01. Had to call twice to find out if it had been finished, after the second call they let me know it had failed but couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks if I wanted it fixed and re-tested.
When I came to collect my car, the lady in the office couldn't find my paperwork as the details for the car were incorrect. I then expressed my concerns about not being able to re-test with the older gentleman who was extremely rude and dismissive, which ended in him laughing at me and walking away. The lady in the office then continued to be rude so I paid my bill and left.

To cut a long story short - do not use if you're unsure whether your car will pass it's MOT (which most people can't guarantee), as they cannot promise to fix it within a short period of time.

Friendly, quick, very high quality at a fair price. I've been looking for a garage after my last one closed and now I've found it! And it has 2 cafes within 30 yards so you can drop your car off and get a bacon butty...!

Had both mine and my wife's cars in for service and mot's in the last couple of weeks and once again the customer service has been excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and at very competitive prices. Can't rate this place highly enough. We'll done and keep up the fantastic work.

OK. So I bought a MG Metro, want to keep and going through paperwork realised Stortforth Lane Garage did a few MOTS on it. So I wrote and asked if the could send me history of work they did on it.

OMG they send me 7 pages of work done from 1995 to 2014. Amazing. Polite message awesome.
