I had a sudden need for a local Range Rover garage and Land Marque managed to take a look without any notice on a Monday morning. One water pump and associated 'bits' later the car was ready to collect on Thursday of the same week. All costs were explained and reasonable, staff are helpful and accommodating, just don't let the slightly cool and 'I'm tolerating non car experts' put you off. Very happy and will use them again.

We have previously had a repair here an they was helpful polite an couldn't help enough. Since then we have returned as we was happy from before hand. We needed a repair done which potentially was covered by our warranty cover that we purchased when buying the car. We took all the paper work in an they was happy to help. We waited a week with no communication so I called to be told he had sent paper work over to the wrong email so he would get to it straight away. Another week same story he would chace them up an call me back I had no return phone call. This happened 4times and 8 weeks later i still haven't had a phone call back to tell me if I'm covered or when I can book in for repair. For a business there communication is shocking and are there to make money not keep the customer happy.
