Called for recovery speedy response car was on back of a tow truck within 45 minutes

Very rule person and poor service
He tricked to pay £100 deposit. And promised to come in 20 mins. he even told me he was on his way. After i paid him the deposit, He left me on the high way 1 hour without any call, after 12 calls from me, he picked up the phone and told me that he paid money back as can not find any driver.
What a terrible service.
