Had a major service and transmission fluid replacement carried out by RS Automotive. I’m glad I found this garage and really pleased with quality of the work that they did. The car sounds and drives superbly. The garage has become my go-to garage for any future repairs and maintenance. Friendly team, great customer service, transparent costs, and truly professional team. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and brilliant people - friendly and efficient. I had work on my Jaguar and have not used them before. I had a diagnosis for an expensive fault from another garage quoting £900+ to repair. Took the car to RS and said what I had been told the fault was. They corrected the diagnosis and cured the engine fault with a replacement vacuum pipe for £80. The car is now running perfectly.
So wonderful to have a reliable, honest and professional car repair shop with friendly people and I will be recommending them to fellow Jaguar Club members.

Since the above work, I used RS Automotive for my service, MOT and to have some bodywork repaired. Again they were brilliant, carrying out the service efficiently, replacing the rear suspension (which was needed) and did the bodywork repairs to a really high standard. They were also able to loan me a courtesy car while the work was being done.

Always use R S for servicing and MOT and a few major things in the past. Amazing service. Very trustworthy. Never do more than quoted and always keep you informed. They have picked me up, dropped me off, and provided a courtesy vehicle. They were going to drop a courtesy vehicle to me this evening, and surprised me with my own car, having pulled out all the stops to got it done in double quick time. Can't recommend enough. . I thoroughly recommend RS Automotive following my recent experience and recommendation from a relative who has used them for years.

I booked my vehicle (2010 Jaguar XF) in with R/S Automotive for a service and MOT, and I was very happy with the work completed. The vehicle passed the MOT but had a couple of minor advisories (slight play on front suspension bushes). I arranged for R/S Automotive to carry out the work and was delighted with their work.

I have previously used the local main dealership for most work on the vehicle, but had to call out a breakdown service a few weeks later when I lost all electrical power, found to be a loose battery terminal on the battery they had just installed! Somewhat disappointed with the standard of work, I used another company for the next annual service and MOT. Upon checking / cleaning under the bonnet immediately after the service, I found the air-intake box disconnected and 2 plastic clips missing on one of the engine bay covers.

My vehicle will only be going to R/S Automotive from now on!

Paul and the team could not have been more helpful and efficient. We were visiting friends in Shoeburyness and had a loss of coolant and and engine overheating. Although they were about to close Paul was good enough to check the water system thoroughly and even helped with a loan car whilst they worked on for the next couple of hours.
It is refreshing to find such goodcservice and such a friendly, positive approach with excellent value. Highly recommended.
