Called Graham Dimmer MOT Centre as my MOT was imminently running out. They were able to offer me an appointment within 48 hours which was perfect. When I dropped off my car the MOT was promptly done the same afternoon and they called me to say I could pick car up. Receptionist was friendly and courteous throughout even though I was slightly late on arrival to drop car off. Can't fault them at all and will be recommending to all friends and family

Brilliant, reliable and trustworthy garage. I'm so impressed by them and I have recommended them to loads of people already. I will take all my vehicles here from now on.

So rare these days to get good customer service and workmanship but these guys have nailed it. Nice one Graham Dimmer. Thank you for everything.

Got our recently bought old campervan..to Mr dimmer we wanted it checked over with a service. My husband went to collect it and was surprised to be greeted by a very positive explanation of what was done and put our minds at ease because he said alot of work had been done to break system etc and he did a sm service as the other was not necessary. !! We were delighted to be told that we had a good van and could easily sell on at a good price...it was great to find somewhere to go to get our services done.

Main issue of looking at a seized brake pin, I was told it would be £200 to repair however the technitian stated it all looked fine and would be good for another 10,000 miles.
Having looked at it when I got it back the brake pad was down to nothing and was cracked, the pin had also siezed solid. I don't know what the techy was looking at but they obviously didn't do a good job.
MOT and standard service ended up being best part of £500, even though service was quoted at £300 and MOT is £50.
There are cheaper places out there for better service.

What a breath of fresh air. Not only was I offered a courtesy car, but there was no charge, as the problem wasn't a necessity to repair immediately. No "rip-off" here. This will definitely be my go-to vehicle repair and MOT from now on.

Loses a star as what I was quoted was not what I had to pay. I was quoted one price over the phone and another when picking up. I would agree with a price hike if there was something wrong but there wasn't, standard MOT and intermediate service. (Should have got it in writing)

I would not have been bothered if I had been given an accurate quote. I was told the person who issued the quote doesn't price it up. So I would say, that person is not qualified to give any sort of quotation. The pecimist in me feels like it's one price to get you in the door and another when the work is done. Shame really as they do a good job.

Not sure if I'll be back.

I took my car in for an MOT. First time using and certainly will not be the last. Hugely professional, from start to finish. Speedy yet thorough. Really friendly lady on the reception desk. Great prices. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience.
