JCB Fiat Crawley

I have to admit that Wayne was perfectly polite and helpful whilst my car was getting serviced here and did his best to kept me updated. However, I was left with no replacement car, so I was forced to take a combination of buses and taxis to work for two weeks. Then, they promised they would take a general look at the car to see if everything else was ok... but failed to see one of the brakes was completely damaged until I pointed it out!! Imagine if I had taken my car out of there... they might have saved my engine only for me to crash due to no brakes!
I have nothing against the reception staff there, they did their best and were really polite. However, the mechanic and everything else obviously needs to inform customers of what, exactly, they mean when they say they are going to take a "general look" at the car!! Obviously for them it is not important to check whether the car brakes or not!!

Ah, and they also replaced the disc so very quickly when I called 10min later to say I did not want them to do it, it was, apparently, too late!!

Very, very dissappointed with the service. I was expecting more from FIAT and I am going to sell this car ASAP. A company that does not look after its customers or their own cars is of no use to me!

I had an emergency after a common problem on Fiat 500's (broken door handle). Tried to do the job myself but was unable to complete due to a complication. I drove down to this dealer (unannounced) and was met by Jen (Service Advisor). Whilst her initial response was that she couldn't help me due to a busy afternoon, she pulled out all the stops and could see my issue. Without her help I had a car that had no door handle and easily stolen! Well done Jen and Fiat Crawley - A very satisfied customer.

Never had a smooth transaction here. Always something goes wrong they just can't handle not to mess something up whatevee is the reason I need to go.there. might be a service or a repair they always find a way to.disappoint.

Servicing staff are not very friendly.

Thank you David and Vic, picked up our new VW California Ocean Camper today, could not have been easier. All very Covid safe, and helped with extra cleaning stuff and took the time to explain everything too us. We did have a small part problem from VW - which JCBGroup pointed out before we got there - and arranged for parts to be sent to us - very professional, helpful and we would do it all again. Thanks guys.
