Took my van here to have an estimate on a new alternator, my company used another garage but the owner was extremely helpful and gave me good advice .
I would of had the van repaired here but it was not my desision to make.
The price quoted was very competitive and I will use this garage for my own vehicle if I ever need any repairs etc .

Had Timing Belt changed on my Renault Clio, by the older of the two brothers that own the place. It's only been three days. But so far I am happy with the work that was done. Price was reasonable and it took 1.5 days (I went at a very busy time). Any problems and I will update this review. For now though, Assume all went well.

Got charged an extra £110 ontop of the original "£150" for bringing in professional electricians to look at my car. This was not mentioned to me. Taken over a week for the work to be done on my car. Had no phone call when it was ready, I had to chase everything up myself. Only reason I used this garage was because it is local (was too dangerous to drive my car elsewhere). Will for sure not be using them again. Unprofessional and let's not start on bad communication, nor how over priced it is.

These guys are the most sincere, honest machanics ive ever known in this industry. With so many garages and business these days ripping you off charging you for jobs not need doing. These guys are honest as they come. They can work on cars young and old with more experience than youll find anywhere. First class experinece. Recommend them all day 💪

This garage is the epitome of poor service, unprofessionalism and time wasting.

I booked my vehicle in for a new clutch. Despite waiting for 2 weeks and repeatedly chasing no substantive progress was made.

I was repeatedly advised they were waiting for parts (as the wrong clutch was initially ordered). I enquired where they source their parts from to which I was advised Round Towers. I checked the directly stock and the parts were actually in stock. I am unclear as to why I was informed for 2 weeks the parts were not in stock.

This garage has therefore been incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional and dishonest. I would therefore invite you to consider this review carefully and evaluate your options.

A bunch of time wasters!

Took my car in originally for a noise and £1000 later still having issues. I am now using another garage to rectify there mistakes. Please avoid!!

Took the car in for window repair. Told him not to cut any wires to which he did and in the mean time took the car to another garage ordered the window regulator 350 pounds to be told he broke that it was the motor not window regulator. Could of saved myself 350 pounds. Certainly would not recommend this place
