I have been a returning customer to Autowork for around 6 years now, and will be for many more. The staff are always friendly. The work carried out is always to the highest standard with good quality parts. If you own a car in the VW Audi group this is the place to go.

First class friendly service. Correctly diagnosed and repaired the fault with my Tiguan's interior heating (after being misdiagnosed by the local VW dealer). Charged me half of the original quoted sum (which was based on the other garage's misdiagnosis). Very happy and highly recommend.

Would like to say a big thank you to the team at Autowork for outstanding service today, going above and beyond and getting me booked in at very short notice to repair my annoying car alarm. Amazing garage! Never used them before but a friend called them on my behalf at short notice after my window dropped into my car door. Within a couple of hours they’d seen the car and rescued the window!

Well priced, Excellent quality and standard to all work, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Straight to the point, Well kept courtesy cars and site, Prompt, Trustworthy. Would highly recommend to anyone who drives a VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda to go there as I wouldn't trust anyone else (However competent or highly recommended) to service & MOT my car as they've saved me on more than 1 occasion and the best thing about this garage is no paying main dealer rates. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
