Good turn around time of my vehicle with a mint repair, the guy at the front desk needs to cheer up a bit but other then that a good experience

I went to this place to replace a side mirror. The quote came to £582.19. I bought the same thing new for £59.99, off the web. Installed it myself. Their quote was almost 10 times more. That doesn’t account for labour costs. I know body work is expensive but this is ridiculous. The customer service was not much better. Brusque and dismissive.
